Contributions to the International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors (IWN)

Dr. Sirona Valdueza Felip, Associate Professor at the University of Alcalá, and PhD student Michael Sun attended the International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors (IWN), in Berlin, Germany, from October 9 to 14, 2022, contributing with the following papers in the area of novel materials and optoelectronic devices:

• Study of in-situ silicon nitriding in AlInN/Si(100) heterojunctions deposited by reactive sputtering.
• Development of InN/Si(100) devices with an intermediate layer of a-Si deposited by RF sputtering.
